God Is Your Life

"...loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice and holding fast to him, for he is your life and length of days, that you may dwell in the land that the Lord swore to your father's, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them." - Deuteronomy 30:20

Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him, God is a refuge for us. - Psalm 62:8

Dear God, 

Help me to stay close to You all the time. Listening and loving are important to all relationships. Help me receive Your love fully. Don't let go of my hand. You are refuge.

The Comfort of My Love

"Let your steadfast love comfort me according to your promise to your servant." - Psalm 119:76

Dear God, 

I can depend on the things that comfort me. You love is supposed to be better than that. Your love is not supposed to fail or end or change. I am supposed to be able to rely on Your love. You are supposed to be with me all the time. You're supposed to comfort me with Your love. God, where are You?

You Make Me Happy!

Dear God, 

I make You happy.?. Sometimes I feel like a complete and utter failure, God! Your word says You sing over me. That You rejoice over me. That You quiet me with Your love. Overwhelming.

I Am Mighty!

Dear God,

Save me, save us all, from the troubles that are brewing here in America. You are the Mighty One and You are with me. You are bigger and stronger than any problem in this world. Your power will save me. Don't let go of me right now. I feel so tired and weak. Help me to remember that You are ALWAYS with me.
