A Wide-Open Space

He brought me out into a broad place; he rescued me, because he delighted in me.- II Samuel 22:20

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." - Revelation 21:3-4

Dear God, 

I need a safe place. A place without crowdedness.

Know That You Need Me

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." - Matthew 5:3

"Thanks be to God for his inexpressible gift!" - II Corinthians 9:15

Dear God, 

The poor in spirit are blessed as the kingdom of heaven belongs to them. When I know I need You, I should be happy be asks it means I understand that You are what I need. I have been saved by grace through faith. These are both gifts from You. Thank You for some of the best gifts I can possibly have.
